Password Protected Spreadsheets is closed when opening Overview

When the user opens the overview window to review a password protected file, the file is closed in Excel. This is intended behavior to allow the Overview to open without a hidden password dialog box or other interference from Excel.

The file is saved with the users permission, so it just needs to be reopened.
